Okay, what you guessed is right. I am overweight and seriously want to lose a few pounds.. My aim is to lose 20 pounds by the end of four months. When you break down that figure month by month I need to lose five pounds a month, which is achievable although it may be a little hard for me. But I am flexible with the plan, I don't aim to lose five pounds by August and then the next five by the end of September and so on. The aim is to only lose 20 pounds by the end of Novemebr. Will I succeed? Let us wait and see!

Strategy
Not much strategy here. Count the calories. Increase exercise. Write down what I am eating. Eat more fibre and fruits. Less fat and carbos. That's it!!
What I have been doing wrong (As I see it)
Constant munching. Left overs from three kids.. Lots of fatty and sweet foods.. Almost no exercise.
